Giving Tuesday is a powerful reminder that generosity comes in many forms—not just financial donations. While contributing money supports vital programs, not everyone has the financial flexibility to give, especially during difficult economic times. But that doesn’t mean you can’t be a part of creating change.

For most parents of adults with disabilities, the default solution is for their children to remain at home. This often isn’t by choice, but rather by necessity. Limited funding, inadequate housing options, and a shortage of qualified support staff make independent living almost impossible for many.
